So I have come to realize that it has been a very long time since my last blog. I have also come to realize that there is not enough time in our days. Since school has started this year we have been going non-stop. Jeremi was playing volleyball and cheering so we were doing 6:45 practices every morning for vball and after school cheer on Mondays and Tuesdays and then vball games on Thursday. Then, she started basketball so we had 7:15 practices every morning and cheer on Mondays and Tuesdays and bball on Thursdays. Well, we just finished bball and we are finally getting a rest. She is not playing any spring sports(that I know of) so we will get a break. She is still involved in everything at school but I don't have to be there for that. I just have to pick her up from school late, which is good because I have more time to work in my classroom. That is another story. This year has been a very stressful year at work. I feel like I am a babysitter, a secretary, a nurse, a counselor, janitor, and whatever else I do. Sometimes I feel like there is something else out there for me. It has been a struggle to say the least. I am sure my husband wishes I would do something else as well. Right after Christmas, I got my insulin pump. We are still working out all the details and settings, but I guess it has been easier. I am not having to give an injection 3-4 times a day-just once every 3 days. Aidan calls it my button. Kinda cute. Speaking of Aidan, he is a handful. He talks so much. It is funny because Bobby will say-remember when you thought he would never talk? Well, not anymore. There are times I need silence. He is the funniest kid and can always make us laugh. He is also very loving. He comes up to us all the time and says, "Mommy, I wub you." For those of you who don't know what he is saying---Mommy I love you. It melts my heart. He also tells us we are his friends. He still will not use the potty at home, however, he goes all the time at school. He will wear underwear and sit on the potty but won't do anything. I knew boys were harder, but come on. I guess I know what I will be doing during Spring Break, which by the way, I can't wait for. Well, this is it for now. It was a quick update. Sorry no pictures.
